The leadership at Client Outsource has managed call centers on
four continents, for a variety of businesses, in various languages
and cultures. One of the founders has already built and led a Fortune
100 call center in India from ground zero to one recognized by the
authority on this industry, NASSCOM (National Association of Software
and Service Companies, India).
Christopher Ewen, Co-Founder.
Before launching Client Outsource, Christopher Ewen was with Dell
Computer for six years, where most recently served on Dell’s
Northern European management committee for the Home, Small and
Medium Business markets, which managed two call centers serving
seven countries.
He led a sales group for Dell in their Benelux call center. Before
that he held various management positions in one of Dell’s
US call centers. Dell recognized him several times as a top-performing
manager (top 5% of results). Mr. Ewen took a business at Dell
from $45 million to over $90 million while increasing profits, and
in another case increased sales rep productivity over 30% in six
months. Prior to Dell, Mr. Ewen worked in the call center
industry both at MCI and at another outsourcer. He has
10 years of call center sales experience. Mr. Ewen earned a diploma from the
University of Texas at Austin.
Vinoo André Mehera, Co-Founder.
Vinoo Mehera brings more than 18 years of technology,
operations, business development and financial planning
experience. He was also with Dell Computer for 5 years, most recently
as Business Development Director EMEA. In that position he
launched Dell’s 500-seat call center in India and reengineered
Dell’s South African operations to address the SME market.
Prior to that he was General Manager for Dell’s Small and
Medium Business (SMB) in Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxemburg).
In that position, his streamlining leadership improved P&L
performance from below average to the most profitable region within
the EMEA SMB Division through deployment of best practices.
Mr. Mehera also served at Dell as a Finance Director. Dell recognized
him with the CEO, Vice President’s and CFO award for outstanding
management.
Prior to Dell, Mr. Mehera was Country Manager and Finance Director
in Germany and Switzerland for Datapoint Corporation. Datapoint
was one of the early pioneers in selling call center solutions.
Before Datapoint he worked in the hospitality industry
as a General Manager.
Mr. Mehera has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the
University of Calcutta. He also has a Diploma in Hotel Management
from Switzerland. His cosmopolitan experience from many countries
led to his appreciation and strategic knowledge about multicultural
environments.
