Training
We hire mostly college graduates who demonstrate excellent talent and motivation to build a career. Our training is customized to client needs from the following:

Accent neutralization (for offshore delivery) – We use trainers specialized in speech communications who know how to professionally administer accent reduction & achieve high degrees of understanding with the target end-customer group (see our Success Stories for global companies that have also been able to achieve this)
   
Cultural orientation (where required) – The target cultures, when using non-native resources, are the subject of a practical orientation program. This orients staff to particular expectations, communication methods, and customs of their audience
   
Writing effectively for customer response – we train on how to write in ways that yield high customer satisfaction, clarity, and productivity
