Our training is customized to your needs from the following:

	Accent neutralization – we use trainers specialized in speech communications who know how to professionally administer accent reduction & achieve high degrees of understanding with the target end-customer group (see our Success Stories for global companies that have also been able to achieve this).
	Cultural orientation – American and British cultures, or others, depending on the audience, are the subject of a practical orientation program. This allows our staff to become familiar with particular expectations, communication methods, and customs of their audience.
	Writing effectively for customer response – we train on how to write in ways that yield high customer satisfaction, clarity, and productivity.
